With your permission, credit card payments are processed securely through the booking supplier’s system, such as the airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, or tour operator. Your card details are used only for the booking you authorize. Card information is destroyed when it is no longer needed.
We also accept cash, checks, and money orders payable to Epic Journeys, LLC. When you pay by check, we keep the payment record needed for our accounting and tax obligations.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide your trip and run our business:
- Travel suppliers. Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, rental car companies, and travel insurers receive the details they need to deliver your booking. Suppliers handle your information under their own privacy policies, and some are located outside the United States.
- Service providers. Companies that host the Site, send email, or provide analytics and IT support, acting on our behalf.
- Legal and safety. Government and border authorities where required for travel, and others when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our business, or others.
- Business transfers. A buyer or successor if Epic Journeys is sold, merged, or reorganized.
We may also share information with your consent or at your direction, such as with a travel companion on the same booking.
